Description

ROOKIE Division

• Open to boys and girls entering Pre-K (all levels) through 1st Grade (beginning to intermediate level) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
• Ages 4 and up
• 7 total sessions: (3) practices and (4) games
• Includes FUNdamentals instruction, skills & drills training, and games in a positive, age-appropriate environment.
• Practices and games are held on Sundays only, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Sonora High School (new gym). Sessions may be moved to Troy High School if Sonora is unavailable.
• 80 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis
• First session: June 28, 2026
• Final session: August 16, 2026
• No sessions on 4th of July weekend.
• End-of-season awards for all Rookie players.
• Players may request to be placed on the same team at the first session.
• No player evaluations are required for the Rookie Division.

Rookie FASPACK Fee:  All Rookie players are required to wear the official FAS uniform (reversible jersey and shorts with customized name).  If you do not already have the official Rookie uniform, you are REQUIRED to purchase a ROOKIE FASPack at check-out. 

The ROOKIE FASPack is an additional cost of $90 and includes a personalized (with Rookie's name) reversible jersey, reversible shorts, and t-shirt.

The Rookie uniform can be worn in future seasons.

Sample uniform sizes will be available to try on at designated FASPack (Uniform) Sizing events. You must attend a FASPack Sizing Event in order for your uniform to be ordered.  You may adjust the size selection at the FASPack Sizing Event before the order is finalized.

NO EXCHANGES are allowed once the order has been placed.  A new jersey will need to be purchased for $45 if the size is incorrect.

 

PAYMENT TYPES:  FAS accepts major credit cards, check, cash, or ACH transfer. 

Credit card payments will incur a 3.00% admin fee per transaction. This fee is charged by the credit card processing vendor and cannot be refunded. 

Check and cash payments can be accepted at Walk-In Registrations (see the Calendar at www.FastActionSports.org for dates and times).  You must first register online and then choose the SKIP PAYMENT option at the end of the online registration for all check and cash payments.
